    Thank you for your interest in our park.  Enclosed please find a sample letter that explains our process of approving new residents for our communities.  We use a screening agency for a brief credit and criminal background check to assist us in the process.  Forms are available through our office upon request or can be provided through our on-site managers.

Dear Resident,

Thank you for notifying us of your intent to sell.  I have enclosed the Rental Applications form that we use for all prospective tenants prior to their approval to the park.  Potential tenants can fill out the form and include a check for $28.00 per adult (so $56.00 for a couple) made out to Pioneer Mortgage and include a copy of valid Driver’s License and mail to our office for screening and approval.  We usually receive the results back the same day and can notify you and/or the applicants with the results.  After approval is obtained, we can find out your schedule for closing the sale, and then mail you the park package (Lease, prospectus, rules & regs, etc.) to be able to fill out at the same time as closing papers for everyone’s convenience.  Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or additional needed information.
