Dear Resident,

    Thank you for notifying us of your intent to sell.  I have enclosed the Rental Applications form that we use for all prospective tenants prior to their approval to the park.  Potential tenants can fill out the form and include a check for $28.00 per adult (so $56.00 for a couple) made out to Pioneer Mortgage and include a copy of valid Driver’s License and mail to our office for screening and approval.  Our on site manager's also have the forms available and may assist you in filling them out and faxing or mailing them to our office.  We usually receive the results back the same day and can notify the seller and/or the applicants with the results.  After approval is obtained, we can find out your schedule for closing the sale, and then mail you the park package (Lease, prospectus, rules & regs, etc.) to be able to fill out at the same time as closing papers for everyone’s convenience.  Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or additional needed information.
